The MXB-S, a compact belt drive linear actuator, is tailored for applications demanding light to moderate load carrying and guidance. It features a bearing system with two field-replaceable solid bearings, optimizing performance, rigidity, and durability. With its trapezoidal, self-cleaning bearing system, the MXB-S linear belt drive is apt for industries such as paper production or sawmills. This low-cost belt drive actuator provides speeds up to 100 in/sec (2540 mm/sec) and thrusts up to 418 lbf (1860 N). MXB-S linear belt drive actuators are available to order in stroke lengths up to 200 inches (5080 mm).
