Pittman's slotless brushless motor design offers many advantages over conventional slotted stator construction. Negligible magnetic cogging enables extremely smooth, quiet motion. Low inductance and high current bandwith provides precise control. Slotless construction also provides excellent winding heat transfer for high thermal efficiency and transient load capacity. These Nema 23 slotless brushless DC motors have internal Hall sensor feedback for linear speed-torque characteristics, high starting torque and variable speed control with appropriate drive electronics. Modifications to the shaft, winding and mechanical mounting are available for OEM applications.
Pittman's brushless motor products range from Nema 14 - Nema 23 frame sizes (1.38" - 2.23" diameter) with continuous torques up to 26.5 in-oz. at 7353 rpm. Integrated Hewlett-Packard® optical encoders are available on all models for reliable position, velocity, and direction feedback. All encoders feature rugged metal housings, 5-VDC operation, and TTL outputs.
**This model has a 10pc minimum order requirement**
