For applications that require large motors and high force output with great precision, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator is an ideal choice. The actuator comes with either ball or roller screw options, an improved high thrust bearing, and durable internal bumpers. The standard feature of a grease zerk extends the life of the screw by providing easy and convenient relubrication without disassembly. These RSA/RSM-HT actuators are applicable in a range of scenarios, including valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding, among others. The actuators come in four different sizes, with stroke lengths varying from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and provide a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Roller screw actuators guarantee a positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), while ball screw models provide +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). For enhanced protection against dust and moisture, there's also an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration.
