Designed to accommodate larger motors, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator provides high force with incredible accuracy. It offers a choice of either a ball or roller screw selection, a high thrust bearing that's been upgraded for improved performance, and sturdy internal bumpers. To extend the life of the screw without disassembly, the actuator is fitted with a standard grease zerk that makes relubrication easy and convenient. Suitable for a range of applications, such as valve actuation, punch press, injection molding, and more, the RSA/RSM-HT actuators are available in four body sizes, with stroke lengths from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm). They can deliver a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). The roller screw actuators offer positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), and the ball screw models +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). To provide protection from dust and moisture, an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is also available.
