The RSA-HT electric rod actuator is robust and designed to work with bigger motors, delivering high force with excellent precision. Available with either ball or roller screw selections, this high-force electric linear actuator is equipped with a superior high thrust bearing and durable internal bumpers. The inclusion of a standard grease zerk allows for simple and convenient relubrication, extending the screw life without requiring disassembly. Suitable for a variety of applications such as valve actuation, punch press, and injection molding, the RSA/RSM-HT actuators come in four sizes and offer stroke lengths from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm). They can produce a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Depending on the model, the roller screw actuators offer positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), while ball screw models offer +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). To ensure protection against dust and moisture, an IP67 linear actuator configuration is optionally available.
