The RSA-HT electric rod actuator, a heavy-duty unit, is specifically engineered to support larger motors and yield high force with outstanding accuracy. You can select between ball or roller screw configurations, and it incorporates an advanced high thrust bearing and robust internal bumpers. For extending the life of the screw, a standard grease zerk is included, enabling easy and convenient relubrication without the need for disassembly. The RSA/RSM-HT actuators are versatile, finding use in numerous applications such as valve actuation, punch press, injection molding, and more. They are available in four different sizes, with stroke lengths varying from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and can deliver a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). The roller screw actuators provide a positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), and the ball screw models provide +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). To enhance durability and protect against dust and moisture, an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration is available.
