Engineered to handle larger motors and produce high force with superior precision, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator stands out in its category. You have the choice between ball or roller screw configurations, and it comes with an enhanced high thrust bearing and resilient internal bumpers. The standard grease zerk simplifies relubrication, extending the screw's life without the need for disassembly. The RSA/RSM-HT actuators can be employed in a multitude of applications, such as valve actuation, punch press, injection molding, among others. Available in four sizes, the stroke lengths vary from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and they are capable of delivering a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). The roller screw actuators ensure a positional accuracy of +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm), while the ball screw models provide +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). To safeguard the unit against dust and moisture, there is an optional IP67 linear actuator configuration.
