Designed to cater to larger motors and deliver high force with remarkable accuracy, the RSA-HT heavy-duty electric rod actuator is a leader in its field. With a choice between ball or roller screw configurations, this high-force electric linear actuator is equipped with an upgraded high thrust bearing and robust internal bumpers. The standard grease zerk enables effortless and convenient relubrication, thereby prolonging the screw life without the need for disassembly. The RSA/RSM-HT actuators have a wide range of applications, from valve actuation to punch press to injection molding, and more. They are offered in four body sizes, with stroke lengths ranging from 18 to 60 inches (457 to 1,524 mm), and can generate a maximum force/thrust of up to 13,039 lbf (58,001 N). Positional accuracy is guaranteed, with roller screw actuators providing +/- 0.0004"/ft (+/- 0.0102mm/300mm) and ball screw models delivering +/- 0.002"/ft (+/- 0.051mm/300mm). For protection against dust and moisture, an IP67 linear actuator configuration is available as an option.
